Remember Khosi, all masks must be handled with care, ensure your hands are clean before wearing your mask, don’t handle the internal layer, make sure not to continuously touch your mask or your eyes to maintain as much cleanliness as possible.
Cleaning tips:
- Face mask should be washed after each use, this reduces the risk of possible spread of germs
- Machine washable with like colours at 40 degrees Celsius
- Do not bleach
- Filter- Remove filter from the pack, place it in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Make sure it is fully covered with the boiling water. Leave it in hot water for at least 5 minutes. Do not squeeze or hand-wash the filter. Leave the filter to air dry, once dried insert the filter into the mask pocket layer. Replace the filter after 3rd use or every 30 days
Note* Fabric masks do not provide 100% protection, your responsible behaviour will also aid in your protection- keep safe distance from people, wash your hands regularly and always wear your mask when you are with people or in a public place.
Store your face masks in a clean and hygienic place or covered container when you are not using them.
Do not share your face mask with others.
Do not pull your mask below your chin while wearing it.
