Delivery charges
R75 or free for orders over R650. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery method: Door2door
· Estimated Delivery Time:
o 3 – 5 business days from the first business day after the order has been placed.
o Delivery occurs on Mondays to Fridays between 08:00 and 17:00. Courier branch hours may vary by location and on weekends or holidays.
o Extended delivery lead time may apply during peak periods such as Seasonal Sale, Black Friday and Festive periods.
· How to track the status of your order:
o To track the status of your order, log into your account and click on “My orders”.
o Only once your parcel has been collected by our chosen courier service provider, will you be able to track the location of your parcel.
o With handover to the courier, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link.
o Alternatively, you can enter your waybill number here: https://optimise.parcelninja.com/shipment/track/
Please note:
· If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Should this be the case, we will contact you via email or telephone.
· Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Log a return for a refund or exchange as follows:
Log into your account and follow the simple steps below:
- Login using your email address and the OTP sent to your email address.
- View your orders.
- Select an order to view more details.
- Click on the “request return” button to start logging the return.
- Follow the rest of the guided return process.
